Which Tile to Actually Press
Three things fall out of that table, and none of them are obvious from the deposit screen.
PKR 100 is the outlier
It pays 12.88% — about five times the next best tier and roughly seventeen times the worst. The bonus is a flat PKR 12.88 whether you deposit 100 or 500, so the smaller amount captures all of it. If you are testing the app, this is the tile.
PKR 20,000 is a trap
